habits

A habit is something you do every day. Each day is punched as done or not, so a streak is a record you can read back, not a nag.

a new habit

  1. Press new habit and give it a name.
  2. Under counts as, pick checklist for something you tick off, or an amount for something you count.
  3. For an amount, set the target a day and a unit: reps, min, sec, km, m, glasses, pages, times — or no unit.
  4. Add notes if you like, then press add habit.

the list

Every habit is one row: its name, today's box, the punches of the last days, and its streak. Show filters the list to all, the ones left today, or the ones done.

A punched day is a done day. An amount habit counts as done on a day once the entries of that day reach the target.

streaks

The streak counts the done days in a row up to today. A missed day ends the current streak, but the longest streak is kept, and every punched day stays on the record.

Changing the target of an amount habit recounts which past days were done, and the streaks with them.

one habit, open

Press a habit's name to open it. It shows the current and the longest streak, the goal a day, the record of past days, and today's entries with their times.
